No Liability: We are not responsible for any health outcomes or medical issues that may arise from using this app. Use at your own risk.

3. Use of the App

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App.

Restrictions: You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works based on the App. You may not use the App for any unlawful purposes.

4. In-App Purchases (IAP)

Somonic offers in-app purchases for monthly and annual subscriptions. All subscriptions are standard Apple subscriptions, and billing is managed by Apple through the App Store.

You can manage or cancel your subscriptions through your Apple account settings. We do not have access to your payment information or billing details.

5. Custom Generated Content

Copyright Ownership: You do not own the copyright to any custom generated content created through the app. All custom stories and related content remain the intellectual property of Somonic.

Access Rights: You will only have access to custom generated stories as long as you maintain an active subscription. Access to custom content may be revoked upon subscription cancellation.

Data Loss: We are not responsible for accidental data loss of custom generated content. While we strive to maintain your content technical issues may result in data loss of custom made stories.

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers

As-Is: The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

No Liability: We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to sleep quality, health outcomes, or data loss.

Service Availability: We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may temporarily affect availability.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Prestosaurus Rex LLC is a California Limited Liability Company.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
